Optimized Automatic Course Timetabling Service Architecture for Integration with Vendor Management Systems

Generating university course timetables is a complex problem, especially in large environments such as institutions. Currently, some universities Saudi Arabia manually generate for classes because they use Vendor Management Systems (VMS) registration and management. Manually generating time-consuming laborious the academic staff. Although various methods have been proposed to timetables, address specific or systems that can be extended work separate components of management system. In this paper, we propose service-based system with decentralized architecture fully automate process timetable generation easily integrated into VMS.
